Coronation Rose Petal Fizz


  • 75g strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 50g raspberries
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 3 tbsp rosewater
  • Prosecco
  • Pink rose petals to decorate, optional

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!


  • Step 1

    Add strawberries, raspberries, sugar and rosewater to the BOWL.

  • Step 2

    Select MIX, (if you are using a CB350, press START/STOP to begin), then twist Power Paddle anti-clockwise continuously while blending until the program is complete.

  • Step 3

    Remove blades after blending.

  • Step 4

    Add a spoon or two to each glass, then top up chilled prosecco and decorate with washed rose petals.
