Creamy Cayenne Prawns
Plump sweet prawns in a creamy garlic and cayenne sauce. Delicious served over a bed of rice.

For the marinade
- 500g prawns, shelled
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- 1/5 tbsp butter
For the sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 3/4 tsp cayenne
- 200ml stock (fish or chicken)
- 200ml double cream

Step 1
Marinade Prawns in all the ingredients listed under marinade apart from Butter and set aside for 10
minutes. -
Step 2
Select saute on the foodi and add Butter, Prawns, Garlic, Cayenne and Stock.

Close the lid and turn the nozzle to seal. Turn on manual high pressure for 3 minutes and then do a
quick release. -
Step 4
Carefully open the lid and select saute. Add the cream, stirring through gently. Simmer for 1
minute. -
Step 5
Serve with rice.
