Crinkle Cookies
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1.5 cups m granulated sugar
- 0.75 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract or peppermint extract
- Pinch salt
Additional
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
Utensils

Step 1
Mix all wet ingredients in the food processor until we’ll incorporated.

Add in all dry ingredients and mix until blended.

Transfer the dough to a bowl. Cover dough and refrigerate for 45 – 60 minutes or refrigerate overnight (until it isn’t too sticky to work with).

Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Scoop dough out and shape into balls ( use small ice cream scoop, or large soup spoon) . Roll in powdered sugar then place on prepared baking sheet spacing them apart.

Bake in preheated oven 10 – 12 min, they should be soft when touched and should appear slightly under baked.

Store cookies in an airtight container once they are completely cool.
