Cucumber Soup

This cooling, light and refreshing Cucumber Soup is perfect for warmer days.

Cooking mode

  • 1 Cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 200g Greek Yoghurt
  • 5g Mint leaves
  • 1/4 handful Coriander Leaves
  • 30g Walnuts, lightly roasted in a dry pan
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds lightly roasted in a pan
  • 1 clove Garlic, crushed
  • Salt
  • 150ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Put all the ingredients into the soup maker, and press the ‘smooth soup’ function. Make sure you don’t fill the soup maker above the max fill line.

  • Step 2

    Garnish with Dill Leaves and Pomegranate Aerils.
