- 1 Cucumber, peeled and diced
- 200g Greek Yoghurt
- 5g Mint leaves
- 1/4 handful Coriander Leaves
- 30g Walnuts, lightly roasted in a dry pan
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds lightly roasted in a pan
- 1 clove Garlic, crushed
- Salt
- 150ml Water
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Step 1
Put all the ingredients into the soup maker, and press the ‘smooth soup’ function. Make sure you don’t fill the soup maker above the max fill line.
