Dairy-free Apple Strudel Ice Cream
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 1 large apple, peeled and cut into small dices
- 250g oat cream (8.3% fat)
- 60ml almond milk
- 50g brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 30g coconut oil
- 1/2 Juice from lemon
Utensils

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan until combined. Place over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until sugar is completely dissolved.

Remove saucepan from the heat and pour ice cream base into the tub. Place tub in an ice bath.

Once cool, place storage lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours.

Remove tub from freezer and remove lid from tub. Place tub in outer bowl, install paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

Select ICE CREAM.

Once processing is complete, remove ice cream from tub and serve immediately.
