Crispy airfried prawns coated in a sweet and spicy mayonnaise dressing!

For the shrimp (prawn) marinade
- 450g Shrimp (Prawns), deveined and shelled
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Egg
- 50g Buttermilk or another Egg
For the sauce
- 115g Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
- 3 1/2 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
For the cornflour mix
- 75g Cornflour
- 120g Plain Flour
- 1 tsp Garlic Granules
Other
- 1 tbsp Oil for brushing Prawns

Step 1
Combine Prawns with all the ingredients listed under Shrimp (Prawns) in a bowl and set aside.

Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl and whisk together.

Combine all the ingredients for the Cornflour mix in a bowl and whisk together.

Preheat air fryer to 200 C.

Step 5
Brush the inside of the air fryer with Oil.

Coat the marinaded Prawns in the Cornflour mix in batches.

Add to the air fryer leaving space between shrimp.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, flip and brush over some oil.

Cover and cook for a further 2 – 4 minutes or until cooked.

Drizzle sauce over the shrimp and serve immediately.
