Elderflower Collins Sorbet

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 225ml warm water
  • 100ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons gin
  • 50ml elderflower cordial

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Whisk the sugar and warm water together in a large bowl until the sugar has completely dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and whisk well to combine. 

  • Step 2

    Pour mixture into the tub. Place storage lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours.  

  • Step 3

    Remove tub from freezer and remove lid from tub. Place tub in outer bowl, install paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place. 

  • Step 4

    Select SORBET. 

  • Step 5

    Once processing is complete, add mix-ins or remove sorbet from tub and serve immediately.
