Cooking mode

For the smoothie bowl
- 2 medium frozen banana (chopped)
- 2 tbsp tinned coconut milk (the thick cream part)
- 1 tbsp pistachio butter
For the toppings
- Granola
- Raspberries
- Vegan sprinkles
- Easter chocolates
- Pre-made chocolate nest with vegan mini eggs
Utensils

Step 1
Place all the smoothie bowl ingredients into the Power Nutri Bowl and blend, remembering to turn the paddle. It should take 60 seconds to become thick pistachio nice cream. TOP TIP: after blending, place in the freezer for an hour or two if you want scoopable-style ice cream.

Scoop into your favourite bowl.

Sprinkle the granola around one edges of the smoothie and the raspberries on the other.

Add the vegan sprinkles in any of the gaps.

Place your pre-made nest on top of the smoothie mound.

Finally, add your favourite vegan easter chocolates!
