Originating from Scandinavia, this Northern Lights-coloured Frostbite Slushie Cocktail has an extra icy twist. With a creamy citrus, white chocolatey, peppermint festive flavour it’s sure to keep you coming back for more.

 

TIP: Pre-chill glass for optimal results. Add a dash of cinnamon syrup, or a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, for an extra festive kick!

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 215g ice, divided
  • 60ml single cream or coconut cream
  • 45ml silver agave tequila
  • 45ml blue curaçao liqueur
  • 45ml crème de cacao blanc liqueur
  • 15ml white crème de menthe or peppermint schnapps
  • 1 tbsp light agave syrup
  • Few drops peppermint extract, if desired
  • Stemmed maraschino cherry, to garnish
  • Step 1

    Turn the blender ON by holding the power button.

  • Step 2

    Unscrew the lid from the vessel and add ingredients in the order listed, adding only half the ice and reserving the stemmed maraschino cherry for garnish. Secure the lid back on the vessel.

  • Step 3

    To blend, double-click the Blend Button. When blending complete add the remaining ice and repeat blending process until smooth.

  • Step 4

    When blending is complete, hold the power button to turn the unit off.

  • Step 5

    Transfer to a highball glass and top with a stemmed maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
