Ghostly White Hot Chocolate
Need a super easy and comforting recipe for a chilly Halloween evening? Then look no further than this Ghostly White Hot Chocolate. Made with less than 4 ingredients and ready in 5 minutes it’s sure to be a hit!
TIP: Wanna make this boozy? Add a double shot of your favourite alcohol – pumpkin spice chocolate cream liqueur or a spiced rum work best.

Cooking mode

- 800ml whole milk (or plant based barista equivalent)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch sea salt
- 200g white chocolate (or plant based equivalent)
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Halloween sprinkles or leftover candy (optional)

- Medium saucepan
- Whisk

Step 1
Place the milk, vanilla, and sea salt into a medim saucepan. Place on a low heat and bring to a simmer.

Whilst the milk is warming, assemble blade into the chopper bowl. Add white chocolate into the chopper, breaking into large pieces. Install the processing lid onto the bowl, then assemble the power base onto the processing lid. Press the power button and pulse several times until finely chopped. Remove the power base, lid and blade and set to one side.

Step 3
Once milk has come to a simmer add the white chocolate to the pan, scraping around the sides of the chopper bowl with a butter knife to remove all traces of chocolate if needed.

Pour into mugs or heatproof glasses then serve immediately with whipped cream and sprinkles (or leftover candy), or other toppings of choice if desired.
