This refreshingly sweet yet tart Grape Sherbert Ice Cream is perfect for all the family. Serve on its own or with a drizzle of almond or peanut butter. Vegan friendly.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 220g plant-based double or whipping cream (preferably coconut)
  • 220ml grape juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 45g raw cane sugar or light agave nectar
  • Pinch sea salt


  • Step 1

    Blend all of the ingredients, in a bullet-style blender (alternatively whisk in a mixing bowl). Transfer to the ice cream tub and seal with the lid. Freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 2

    Once frozen, remove tub from freezer, remove lid, then place tub in outer bowl. Install paddle into outer bowl lid and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 3

    Select ICE CREAM. Once the programme has finished, remove lid and serve immediately.
