Green Smoothie

This super delicious green smoothie, is packed with cold-fighting ingredients. Coconut water and cucumber will keep you hydrated, natural yoghurt is packed with friendly bacteria, the bananas are full of fibre, along with kiwi and spinach for added vitamin C, plus 1 tbsp of spirulina powder is packed with vitamins and nutrients and Echinacea, known for its cold-fighting benefits.

  • 1l coconut water
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1 tbsp live cultures natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1/4 tsp spirulina
  • 10 drops echinacea

  • Step 1

    Begin the smoothie by peeling the kiwis and washing the cucumber

  • Step 2

    Add all of the ingredients into the jug of your Ninja, and blitz until the ingredients are smooth

  • Step 3

    Pour the smoothie into a glass jug/bottle and store in the fridge – serve the smoothie cold
