Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 2 large onion, diced
  • 2 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1000g ground beef
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1300ml beef stock
  • 2 x 390ml cans of mushroom cream soup (pfifferling rahmsuppe)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • 500g dry large noodles, such as fusilloni
  • 400g sour cream (sauerrahm schmand 24% fett)

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

Method

  • Step 1

    Turn unit on, select SEAR/SAUTE and set to HI. Select START/STOP to begin. 

  • Step 2

    Add oil, onions, and garlic to the pot of the Foodi and cook till the onions are soft. About 5 minutes. Then add the ground beef and cook till browned.  

  • Step 3

    Mix in the flour and cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring. 

  • Step 4

    Mix in the beef stock, mushroom soup, salt, and pepper. 

  • Step 5

    Gently stir in the noodles. 

  • Step 6

    Assemble the pressure lid, making sure the pressure release valve is in the SEAL position. Select PRESSURE and set to HI. Set time to 8 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin. 

  • Step 7

    When pressure cooking is complete, allow the unit to naturally release pressure for 5 minutes, and then manually release the pressure by moving the pressure release valve to the VENT position. Carefully remove lid when unit has finished releasing pressure. 

  • Step 8

    Add in the sour cream and stir till well combined. 

  • Step 9

    Serve immediately and enjoy!
