Ham & Broccoli Pasta Bake

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 300g cavatappi (corkscrew) pasta, boiled for 6 minutes
  • 250g broccoli, cut into 1 1/2cm florets
  • 100g ham, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 200ml single cream
  • 300ml chicken stock
  • 50g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • 80g grated mozzarella cheese

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Line crisper basket with baking paper. Place cooked pasta, broccoli and ham in the basket, and gently combine.

  • Step 2

    Insert grill plate in the unit and close lid. Select BAKE, set temperature to 180°C and set time to 35 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating.

  • Step 3

    While unit preheats, whisk eggs, cream, stock, Parmesan, parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper in a large bowl until combined. Pour this mixture over the pasta and broccoli. Cover crisper basket with aluminum foil and pierce a few small holes in it.

  • Step 4

    When the unit beeps to signify it has preheated, place crisper basket on the grill plate. Close lid and cook for 35 minutes.

  • Step 5

    After 35 minutes, carefully remove aluminum foil and sprinkle grated mozzarella over the pasta bake. Close lid to continue cooking for a few more minutes until cheese has melted.

  • Step 6

    Once cooking is complete, serve immediately.
