Harissa Lamb Chops with Tahini Dressing
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 550g frozen lamb chops
For the marinade
- 4 tbsp natural plain yogurt
- 1 heaped tsp rose harissa paste
- 1 tsp Ras el hanout spice mix
For the dressing
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove, peeled, crushed
- 50g tahini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey

Step 1
Turn dial to select GRILL, set temperature to MED and set time to 20 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating, (preheating will take approx. 5-6 minutes)

While unit is preheating, in a small bowl, mix the marinade for the lamb chops. Brush over the lamb chops and leave to marinate. Reserve remaining marinade for use later

Step 3
When unit beeps to signify it has preheated and “ADD FOOD” is displayed, open lid, place lamb chops on the grill plate. Close lid to continue cooking

When unit beeps and the display reads FLIP, open lid, and use silicone-tipped tongs to flip the skewers. Baste with marinade. Close lid to continue cooking for another 5 minutes, then flip lamb and baste with more marinade

Make dressing, in a small bowl, place all ingredients and whisk together until smooth

Serve lamb chops hot with dressing and grilled vegetables or couscous salad
