Cooking mode

- 1 Green Pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Onion, chopped into cubes
- 30g Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1 bunch Coriander Leaves and Stems
- 65g Peti Pois Peas
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 750ml Vegetable Stock
- Salt and Pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to Gas Mark 7/220 C.

Step 2
Brush the Pepper with Oil and place in a oven tray. Roast for 30 minutes turning twice.

Step 3
Remove from the oven. Place in a bowl and add cling film over the top. When cool enough to handle, remove the skin and seems, then slice the pepper.

Step 4
Add all the remaining ingredients and the pepper into the soup maker. Make sure you don’t fill the soup maker above the max fill line. Select smooth.

Check seasoning and serve.
