Herby rub lamp chops

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 2 tsp Ninja Woodfire Universal rub
- Bunch of chopped parsley
- 3 Rosemary sprigs finely chopped
- 1 Garlic clove
- half Juiced lemon
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- 8 150g Lamb chop
- 4 Little gem lettuce
- 
								Step 1In a shallow dish, add Ninja Woodfire Universal rub, herbs, garlic, lemon and oil. Mix together and season as desired. Add lamb chops and flip to coat. Chill, covered in a refrigerator for up to 4 hours.

								Step 2To install the grill plate, position it flat on top of the heating element and gently press down until it sits into place, then close the lid. 
- 
								Step 3While holding the smokebox lid open, use the pellet scoop to pour pellets into the smokebox until filled to the top. Then close smoke box lid.

								Step 4Turn dial to GRILL. Select WOODFIRE FLAVOUR. Set temperature to HI and set time to 6 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 10-13 minutes).

								Step 5When unit beeps to signify it has preheated and ADD FOOD is displayed, open lid and place lamb chops onto grill plate, gently pressing them down. Close lid to begin cooking.

								Step 6When unit beeps and the display reads FLIP, open lid and use silicone-tipped tongs to flip the chops. 
- 
								Step 7When cooking is complete, transfer the lamb chops to a warm plate to rest. Add little gem lettuce to the grill cut side down and close lid. Turn dial to GRILL, set temperature to HI, and set time to 3 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin cooking.

								Step 8After 4 minutes remove from grill.
