Hugo Sorbet
NOTE: Hugo cocktail is a lightly alcoholic aperitif of prosecco, elderflower syrup, seltzer and mint. Premade cocktails can be ordered online.
NOTE: If your freezer is set to a very cold temperature, the sorbet may look crumbly. If this occurs, select RE-SPIN to process the mixture a little more.
TIP: Serve with an extra drizzle of elderflower syrup and a sprig of fresh mint.

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 400ml premixed Hugo cocktail
- 1 tablespoons elderflower syrup
Utensils
- 
								Step 1Pour cocktail and elderflower syrup into tub and stir gently to combine. 
- 
								Step 2Place storage lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours. 
- 
								Step 3Remove tub from freezer and remove lid from tub. Place tub in outer bowl, install paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

								Step 4Select SORBET.

								Step 5Once processing is complete, remove sorbet from tub and serve immediately.
