Indian Lamb Burgers

As simple recipe for succulent quick and easy Indian spiced lamb burgers.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 600g lamb mince
  • 1 Red Onion, chopped roughly
  • Handful fresh Coriander
  • 1 tsp ginger, crushed
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 large green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 Burger Buns

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Place all of the burger ingredients into a large bowl then mix thoroughly, leave to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Divide the burger mix into 4 balls. Rub some vegetable oil onto your hands if you need to, so the burgers don’t stick, and mould into burger shapes, about 2.5 cm thick.

  • Step 3

    Insert grill plate in to the Ninja Grill, set temperature to high and set time to 8 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Make a thumb sized dent in the centre of each patty.

  • Step 5

    Place patties on the grill plate. Close lid and cook for 6 – 7 minutes.

  • Step 6

    Remove Burgers from grill.

  • Step 7

    Place the buns on the grill and cook for 1 minute.

  • Step 8

    Serve with your favourite toppings in the buns.
