I love starting my mornings with a fruit and veg packed smoothie, to help ensure I get my 5 a day during the week. This smoothie recipe is so refreshing and contains iron-rich spinach but the flavour is masked by the kiwi and lime so you can’t tell its there, making it a great one for kids!

- 200ml coconut milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 kiwi
- Zest of 1 lime
- A handful of spinach
- 25g protein powder
