Cooking mode

- 7 lamb chops
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 inch ginger crushed
- 150g plain yoghurt
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Utensils

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and run in with your hands.

Place in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

Add griddle to Foodi and select grill, high and set the timer to 12 minutes.

Once ready add the chops.

Step 5
Close the lid and cook for 6 minutes.

Step 6
Flip the lamb. Close the lid and cook for 6 more minutes.
