Love You Berry Much
Whether you celebrate valentines or Galentines, this strawberry filled dessert is dressed to impress this evening!

For the tuxedo strawberries
- Punnet strawberries
- 350g free from white chocolate
- 300g free from dark chocolate
For the smoothie bowl
- 1/2 medium frozen banana (chopped)
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries (chopped - let the cup overflow)
- 3 tbsp soy milk (or milk of choice)
- 2 tsp pink pitaya powder
- 1/2 cup diced strawberry chunks
For the toppings
- Tuxedo strawberries
- Toasted coconut flakes

Step 1
To make the strawberries: (Top tip: make these in the morning so they are ready all set and ready for the evening!) Melt the free from white chocolate in a bowl.

Dip the strawberries so they have a thick coating all over.

Leave to set on a tray with greaseproof paper.

Once the whole punnet is coated, set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl.

Dip the strawberries on their sides to create a ‘V’ tuxedo jacket shape.

Leave to set on a tray with greaseproof paper.

Use the leftover dark chocolate to pipe bow ties and buttons onto each strawberry.

Set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

For the smoothie bowl: Place all the smoothie bowl ingredients except the diced strawberry chunks into the Power Nutri Jug and blend.

Scoop into your favourite bowl and mix in the diced strawberry chunks.

Place as many tuxedo strawberries as you desire onto your smoothie bowl.

Finally, scatter the toasted coconut flakes into any gaps you can find!
