Mini Beef Samosas
Tip: You can prepare your samosas the day before and reheat them on D-Day by selecting the REHEAT mode. In this case reduce the initial cooking time by 2 minutes and program 12 minutes to reheat them.

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 2 carrots, peeled and cut into 3 cm sections
- 1 onion, peeled and cut into 8
- 12g fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 250g minced beef
- 2 tsp curry
- 5 tbsp sweet soybeans
- 8 filo pastry sheets
- 1 egg yolk
- 30g melted butter
- No salt or pepper

Step 1
In the bowl of a blender, finely chop the carrots, onion, ginger and garlic together.

In a hot pan sauté the mix with the olive oil for 2 minutes.

Add the beef and let brown a little before adding the soy sauce and curry. Mix well and cook over low heat for 3 min.

Cut strips of pastry sheets (5cm wide and 20cm long).

Stuffing and fold the samosas gluing the ends with the egg yolk.

Turn on your Ninja Dual zone and program zone 1 by selecting Air Fry, 200°C and setting the time to 15 minutes.

Press the MATCH button to copy the settings from compartment 1 to compartment 2. Then press the START / STOP button to start cooking in both compartments.

During the first 2 minutes, brush all your samosas with melted butter.

When the time indicates 13 minutes, divide the samosas in the two compartments and place them flat. Resume cooking.

When the time is up, serve your samosas directly.
