Morrocan Lamb Steaks, Broccoli & Bulgur Wheat
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 150g bulgur wheat
- 350ml vegetable stock or chicken stock
- 10g fresh coriander leaves and stalks, chopped
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and diced into 1cm cubes
- 200g broccoli
- 4 (approx. 150g each) lamb steaks
For the marinade
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp ras el hanout spice mix
- To taste salt and pepper

Step 1
Make marinade for lamb steaks; in a shallow dish mix all the marinade ingredients together. Add steaks. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes

Rinse bulgur wheat and drain. Place all Level 1 the bulgur wheat, vegetable or stock stock, fresh coriander and red pepper in the bottom of the pot and stir until combined

Place the bottom layer of the reversible rack in the lower position in the pot. Place broccoli in the MultiPurpose Tin and cover with lid. Place on top of rack and drop the top layer through the reversible rack handles. Carefully place the lamb steaks on the top layer of the rack

Step 4
Close the lid and move slider to the AIR FRY/COOKER position. Select STEAM MEALS. Set temperature to 180°C and set time to 12 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin, (the display will show PRE for approximately 8 minutes as it steams, then the timer will start counting down). Check after 10 minutes if cooked

When cooking is complete, carefully remove the entire rack with the lamb and vegetables

Stir the bulgur wheat, then serve with lamb and broccoli
