Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 67g sugar
  • 62g self raising flour
  • 90g oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 60ml olive oil
  • Dash vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • Handful chocolate chips

Utensils

  • Step 1

    In your Ninja Kitchen food processor, blitz the banana, sugar and olive oil until well combined.

  • Step 2

    Add in your dry ingredients and blend for a few seconds to form a smooth batter.

  • Step 3

    Fold in the chocolate chips and divide your mixture between the cupcake cases.

  • Step 4

    Pop your cakes into the oven for 25 minutes, then allow to cool on a wire wrack.

  • Step 5

    You can either top these with a frosting of your choice, or enjoy them as they are!
