These oyster mushrooms are nutritious, filling and delicious.
Variation – If you prefer, leave the Garlic out before grilling. Then par cook the Mushrooms in the
Grill for 5 minutes and set aside. Add 3 tbsp Butter to a pan, once melted add the Garlic and
Mushrooms and baste continually for 2 – 3 minutes.

- 4 Oyster Mushrooms, cleaned
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, finely sliced
- Salt and Pepper
Utensils

Step 1
Cut Mushrooms in 1/2 and score all over using the tip of a knife.

Add to a bowl with Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil and Garlic.

Preheat Grill to Max.

Place in the grill for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for a further 3 – 5 minutes.

Season then serve.
