Parmesan Brussel Sprouts
These Brussel Sprouts make for a delicious, quick and easy side dish or snack. Serves 4 as a side.

Cooking mode

- 450g Brussel Sprouts
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 30g Panko Breadcrumbs
- 25g Parmesan, grated

Step 1
Cut the ends off the sprouts, then chop them in half.

Select Air Fryer on the Ninja Grill. Set temperature at 200 C and time at 14 minutes.

Combine Sprouts, Oil, Salt and Pepper in a bowl and toss together.

When the unit is ready, add the Sprouts and cook for 8 minutes.

Sprinkle over the panko and parmesan and air fry for a further 6 minutes.

Check if they are cooked through before serving. Larger sprouts may need longer.
