Cooking mode

- 400g sichicken tenders - mediumze
- 100g of cornflakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 150g flour
- 50g butter
- Cooking spray
- 1-2 tsp truffle oil
- 100g parmesan, grated
- To taste fresh parsley, chopped
- To taste salt and pepper

Step 1
Add the cornflakes, garlic powder, paprika and onion powder to a ziplock bag, season with salt and pepper and crush them. Alternatively use a blender to crush all the ingredients

Prepare three bowls – one with flour, one with eggs and one with the crushed cornflakes

Dust all the tenders in the flour, then dip them into the egg and roll in the cornflakes.

Preheat the Ninja grill to 200ºC air fry. Place the tenders in the basket and spray with cooking oil. Cook for 6 minutes, then turn over, spray again and cook for further 6 min.

While the tenders are cooking melt the butter in the microwave and combine with the truffle oil, half of the parsley and half of the parmesan in a large bowl. Then once cooked mix in the cooked tenders and coat well

Plate the chicken and garnish with more grated parmesan and parsley. Serve with ranch dip and buffalo hot sauce
