Peanut Butter Bombs

The perfect snack for all! These peanut butter bombs make a delicious pre or post workout energy boosting snack, a fab afternoon sweet treat or even a great dessert after dinner. They’re so more-ishly sweet, creamy and super filling too.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 150g Oats
  • 3 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Melted coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp Almond milk (or any other plant based milk)
  • A pinch of Salt

For topping

  • 30g Dark chocolate
  • 50g Chopped toasted peanuts


  • Step 1

    Add the oats to your food processor and blend until a flour forms

  • Step 2

    Add the remaining ingredients (apart from the topping ingredients) and blend again into a sticky mixture

  • Step 3

    Roll the mixture into even sized balls and place on a plate or tray

  • Step 4

    Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle a little over the top of each ball, finishing off with a sprinkling of the chopped nuts

  • Step 5

    Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to set

  • Step 6

    Serve and enjoy! Make sure you keep in an airtight container and consume with a week!
