Pear, Raspberry & Ginger Sparkling Juice

Now the weather is getting colder, adding fresh ginger to your juices is such a good, warming addition. The sparkling water makes it a good option for a mocktail, served in wine glasses with an evening meal.

  • 10 rocha pears
  • 150g raspberries
  • 50g ginger, peeled
  • Sparkling water

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Prepare the cold press juicer using the no pulp attachment

  • Step 2

    Cut the pears into chunks

  • Step 3

    Place the pears, ginger and raspberries in the juicer chute, using the tamper to push down gently

  • Step 4

    Serve in glasses topped with sparkling water
