Personal Flammkuchens

- 260g fresh pizza dough or ready rolled dough
- 200g creme fraiche
- Salt
- White pepper
Optional topping - Alsatian Style Flammkuchens
- 1 white onion, sliced thin
- 4 slices of bacon, cut into small strips
Optional topping - Goat’s Cheese Flammkuchens
- 5 pitted dates, sliced lengthwise in pieces
- 10 cherry tomatoes, sliced lengthwise in half
- 1 red onion, peeled and finely sliced
- 50g cubed ham
- 100g firm goat’s cheese, sliced
- 1 tbsp honey
- Rocket leaves

Step 1
Prepare all toppings.

Step 2
Insert basket into unit and close lid. Select AIR FRY and set temperature to 200°C. Press START/STOP to begin preheating.

On a large cutting-safe surface, roll out the pizza dough on a piece of baking parchment. Leaving the dough on paper, use scissors to cut the dough into four even rectangles.

Spread each rectangle with a layer of crème fraiche, and sprinkle with salt and white pepper.

On two rectangles, sprinkle on the Alsatian Style toppings. On the remaining two rectangles, sprinkle on the Goat’s cheese toppings except the rocket leaves.

When the unit beeps to signify it has preheated, gently place one flammkuchen into the basket. Close lid and cook for 4 minutes.

Step 7
When cook time in finished, carefully remove the flammkuchen from the basket using a flat spatula. Add in the next flammkuchen immediately, close lid and set cook time for 4 minutes.

When all flammkuchen are cooked, sprinkle rocket leaves onto the 2 Nimble Goat rectangles. Serve warm and enjoy!
