Pineapple-Coconut Sorbet
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 165g tinned pineapple pieces
- 150ml tinned pineapple juice
- 300ml full fat coconut milk
- 3 tbsp icing sugar
Utensils
- Medium bowl
- Whisk

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well, until sugar is dissolved.

Step 2
Pour base into an empty CREAMi Deluxe Tub. Place lid on tub and freeze for 24 hours.

Step 3
Remove tub from freezer and remove lid from tub. Please use the Quick Start Guide for assembly and processing information.

Select TOP, FULL, or BOTTOM, then use the dial to select SORBET and press dial to begin processing.

Once processing is complete, add mix-ins or remove sorbet from tub and serve immediately.
