Pineapple & Ginger Rum Punch
This fruity, spiced cocktail is so refreshing and so easy to prepare. Try swapping the ginger ale for ginger beer for more of a kick.

- 200ml spiced rum
- 400ml pineapple juice
- 200g crushed ice
- Ginger Ale
Utensils

Step 1
Add the rum, pineapple juice and crushed ice to the blender jug

Pulse 4 times to combine

Step 3
Divide the rum mixture between 4 glasses (stir first if the pineapple juice creates a foam)

Top up with ginger ale

OPTIONAL: garnish with a pineapple wedges and a slice of lemon
