- 1kg pork lion or pork tenderloin
- 3/4 cup vegetable stock
- 1 cup bbq sauce ( homemade or store bought)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp honey
- Bay leaf
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- Burger buns to serve

Season meat with salt and pepper and let it rest for 5 min on the counter

Choose the slow cooking option Set the temperature on medium and the time 8-10h.

When the time is over. Use forks to shred the meat.
