Pumpkin Loaf Cake
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 125g Plain Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
- 1 tsp ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground Cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 200g Light Brown Sugar
- 80g Olive Oil
- 1 Egg
- 400g Pumpkin Puree
Utensils

Step 1
Mix all of the ingredients together with a whisk in a large bowl.

Step 2
Line a loaf tin with a loaf liner or greaseproof paper.

Step 3
Add batter to tin.

Step 4
Air fry at 170C for 20 minutes.

Step 5
Open the lid, brush over butter and add sugar.

Step 6
Air fry for a further 10 – 15 minutes.
