Pumpkin Pie Cocktail
Looking to use up that leftover Halloween pumpkin? Then look no further than this cheeky little Pumpkin Pie Cocktail – packed full of autumnal flavour and everyone’s favourite – pumpkin spice!
TIP: Can’t find pumpkin spice? Mix together 2 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger, heaped 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp clove, 1/4 tsp allspice, and a tiny dash black pepper to make your own.

Cooking mode

- 100g ice cubes
- 70ml Irish cream liqueur OR plant-based equivalent
- 25ml spiced OR white rum
- 4 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice mix or mixed spice, plus extra to decorate
- Pinch sea salt of bicarbonate of soda
- Whipped cream, or plant-based equivalent, to decorate
- Granola, to decorate
Utensils

Step 1
Turn the blender ON by holding the power button.

Step 2
Unscrew the lid from the vessel and add ingredients in the order listed, except for the decorating ingredients. Secure the lid back on the vessel.

To blend, double-click the Blend Button.

When blending is complete, hold the power button to turn the unit off. (Blend again if necessary)

Step 5
Transfer to 2 suitably sized glasses and top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of pumpkin spice, and granola, if desired.
