For the porridge
- 130g pumpkin puree
 - 2 tbsp quinoa flakes
 - 1 tbsp chia seeds
 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
 - Pinch of ground nutmeg
 - Pinch of ground ginger
 - 250ml milk
 - 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
 
Optional toppings
- A drizzle of nut butter
 - Plant-based double cream
 - Fresh or frozen berries
 - Fresh figs
 - NADA Pumpkin seeds

Step 1
Add all of the ingredients to the pan except for the maple syrup and whisk with a silicone whisk until combined.

Step 2
Bring to boil over low heat, whisking frequently until thickened then stir in maple syrup and leave to sit for a few minutes. Serve with any of the optional toppings, if desired.
