Roasted Feta Dip

  • 2 peppers
  • 2 onions
  • A sprig of rosemary
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp herbal salt
  • 75g vegan feta
  • NADA

Method

  • Step 1

    Roast the peppers, onions, garlic, and rosemary in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Then put everything in the ninja  blender, squeeze the garlic and add the remaining ingredients.

  • Step 3

    Serve with bread and enjoy
