Cooking mode

- 150g mixed raw nuts
- 50g mixed raw seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- Generous pinch sea salt

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 170°C and add your raw mixed nuts to a baking sheet. Roast raw nuts for 8-12 minutes, or until fragrant and slightly golden brown. Set to one side and cool.

Place the mixed seeds into a dry pan and toast on a low to medium heat until they begin to crackle and become fragrant. Remove from the pan and leave to cool.

Add the cooled roasted nuts and seeds followed by the melted coconut oil and sea salt into the BOWL then install the blade assembly.

Step 4
Select POWERMIX, then twist Power Paddle anti-clockwise continuously while blending until the program is complete.

Step 5
Remove blades after blending and transfer to an airtight, sterile jar. Store for up to 3 weeks in a cool, dry place.
