Cooking mode

- 50g parmesan cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 bunch basil leaves, approximately 25g
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 25g toasted sesame seeds
- 100ml olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Step 1
Place the parmesan into the 2.1L jug and select PULSE 3 times until roughly chopped.

Add basil, garlic, sesame seeds, oil into the 2.1L jug.

Step 3
Press LOW, allow to blend until the basil leaves are chopped and its blended together.

Step 4
Serve with pasta.
