  • 1 onion, peeled, finely sliced
  • 3 jalapenos, deseeded, finely sliced
  • 3 x 400ml canned beans of choice, drained, rinsed
  • 6 Quorn sausages, cooked, sliced into 2.5cm chunks
  • 180ml BBQ sauce
  • 100g dark brown sugar
  • 60ml apple cider vinegar
  • 30ml Dijon mustard
  • 30ml treacle

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!


  • Step 1

    In a 23cm x 27cm oven-proof dish, add all ingredients and mix together. 

  • Step 2

    To install the grill plate, position it flat on top of the heating element and gently press down until it sits into place. Place baking dish onto grill then close the lid.  

  • Step 3

    While holding the smoke box lid open, use pellet scoop to pour pellets into the smoke box until filled to the top. Then close smoke box lid  

  • Step 4

    Turn dial to SMOKER, set temperature to 120°C and set time to 2 hours. Select START/STOP to begin cooking.  

  • Step 5

    When cooking is complete open lid, remove baking dish from grill and serve.
