Spinach Wraps

Spinach Wraps

This is a fantastic way to incorporate more vegetables in your diet but it being extra tasty. The recipe makes 3 wraps.

Utensils required


  • 75g fresh spinach
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • 10g fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!


  • Step 1

    Begin by adding all of the ingredients (minus the olive oil) in the ninja and add the blade cup.

  • Step 2

    Twist the cup in the motor of your ninja and select blend until all of the ingredients are blended.

  • Step 3

    Bring a pan to the hob at medium-low heat and sprinkle a bit of olive oil directly into the pan and allow to heat. Pour the green mixture directly into the pan. Once it is starting to create holes, the wrap is ready to flip. Each wrap should take 2-4 minutes on each side.

  • Step 4

    Repeat until you use all of the wrap mixture.

  • Step 5

    Serve with your favourite meat, fish, salad and sauces.
