Four Cheese Tortellini makes this a comforting soup that is hearty enough to have for dinner on a busy weeknight.

- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 - 1 Onion
 - 3 cloves Garlic crushed
 - 400g tinned Plum Tomatoes
 - 350ml Vegetable Stock
 - 1/2 tsp Dry Basil
 - Salt & Pepper
 - 300g Fresh Tortellini (Four Cheese)

Step 1
Add Onion and Garlic to Soup Maker and press Chop.

Step 2
Add Oil and press Saute.

Step 3
Add all the remaining ingredients aside from the Tortellini and select Smooth.

Prepare tortellini according to pack instructions.

Pour soup into bowls and add some Tortellini to each bowl.
