Turkish Chicken Kebabs
Juicy Turkish inspired Chicken Kebabs with Garlic, Cumin, Smoked Paprika and Lemon.

- 3 1/2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp dry Oregano (optional)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1lb Chicken Thighs, cut into chunks (boneless, skinless)

Step 1
Combine yogurt, oil, garlic, tomato, lemon juice, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, cayenne, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Add the chicken and mix.

Marinate for 30 minutes or overnight.

Add the Chicken to the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Step 5
Set the air fryer to 190 C and set the timer for 10 minutes.

Turn the Chicken and cook for another 5 mins.

Step 7
Check if the chicken is cooked through before serving.
