Jazz up a classic dip with these Indian inspired flavours – a delicious infusion of spices! Brighten up your day and warm your tummy with this potent dip. A flavoursome gluten-free and dairy-free snack, that can be enjoyed with carrot sticks and celery.

Cooking mode

  • 1 x 400g Tin Chickpeas/Soaked Chickpeas
  • 2 Tbsp White Tahini
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (Crushed)
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
  • Pinch Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tsp Turmeric

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Firstly, drain and rinse the chickpeas in a sieve.

  • Step 2

    Place the chickpeas into a food processor alone with all the other ingredients.

  • Step 3

    Blend the dip until you have a smooth and creamy consistency.

  • Step 4

    Serve immediately in a serving bowl or keep in airtight container and consume within 4 days.
