Cooking mode

- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tbsp Water
- 110g Milk
- 60g Plain Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Vegetable or Sunflower Oil

Step 1
To make the Yorkshire Pudding batter, combine the Eggs, Water and Milk in a bowl and whisk together.

Add Plain Flour and Salt to a bowl and stream in the Eggs and Milk slowly, whisking until there are no lumps remaining.

Place the batter in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the air fryer to 220C.

Brush oil into the holes of a 6 hole muffin tin.

Step 6
Place in grill for 10 minutes or until the oil is piping hot.

Take the batter out of the fridge. Pour into the muffin tin holes.

Cook for 14 – 17 minutes.
