This creamy and flavourful mushroom soup is pretty much hands off and so delicious! The onions in the recipe can be replaced with leeks, celery or spring onions.

Cooking mode

- 2 onions roughly chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 500g mixed Chestnut and Button Mushrooms, cleaned and chopped
- 500ml vegetable stock
- 200ml milk
- salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp double cream
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- To garnish parsley

Step 1
Place the onions, garlic, mushroom into the machine and press saute.

Now add the stock and milk into the soup maker and press the smooth soup button.

Once complete, season and decant into bowls. Top with double cream, olive oil and parsley.
