This Mulled Apple Juice is perfect for those looking for a festive alcohol-free option to mulled cider. Pure apple juice mulled with festive spices and with no added sugar.

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 1l pure apple juice
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 8 cardamom pods (crushed)
  • 20-40 gratings fresh nutmeg
  • 1-2 star anise
  • 2" piece root ginger (finely sliced)
  • 1 orange (peel on, thinly sliced)
  • 1 green apple (skin on, thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 lemon (peel on, thinly sliced)
  • Small handful frozen cranberries
  • 8 cloves

  • Step 1

    Add all of the ingredients to the cooking pot. Secure the pressure lid. Select PRESSURE, HI, and time to 1 minute. Once the programme has finished running manually release the pressure. Remove the lid and serve, removing the fruit and spices with a slotted spoon if you wish.
