Tip if you feel like the soup is to thin, you can thicken it by adding 1 tbsp of cornflour before you add the cheese.

Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 carrot, chopped or grated
- 1 celery stick, chopped
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200g cream cheese
- 200g grated cheddar cheese
- 1l vegetable stock
- Salt and pepper

Step 1
Switch on the Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker and set it to on sear, medium heat. Add the oil and shallot. Fry for a couple of minutes. At the end add chopped garlic.

Add the vegetables, broccoli florets, vegetable stock and the cream cheese.

Set the unit to pressure cook on high for 10 min, assemble the pressure lid and press start

After pressure cooking is done, carefully set the pressure valve to quick release. Remove the lid and change the setting to sear on medium heat.

In 2-3 portions add grated cheddar, mix well until the cheese is melted.

Add salt and pepper to your liking.

Serve with toasted bread, croutons or even steamed broccoli.
