Ingredients

  • 8 pork sausages (good quality!)

For the Yorkshire

  • 2 tbsp veg oil
  • 100g plain flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 250ml semi skimmed milk
  • Good pinch salt

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

Method

  • Step 1

    Switch the Ninja Foodi MAX Health Grill & Air Fryer to roast and set the temp to 180c and set for 4 minutes

  • Step 2

    Whilst its heating up make your batter. Put your flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle. Then whisk your eggs into the milk and pour into the well whisking and drawing the flour in as you go. Leave to stand

  • Step 3

    When it says add food add the sausages . Remove when the timer goes off and set aside

  • Step 4

    Turn the temp up to 220c. When it says add food, pour in your batter and then add the sausages. Move quickly as you want to keep the heat and the sizzle. Close the lid and turn the temp down to 200c. Set the timer for 17 minutes

  • Step 5

    When the time is up it should be ready to eat… Easy peasy toad in the hole… gravy anyone !
